In the lead up to the 2017 NSWJRU State Championships, the Rugby Performance Academy is partnering with local schools and junior clubs to provide extension 8 week training programs which will commence from October to December and January to March prior to reaching season start. The program will be based on individualised and specialised skill and athletic development with a strong emphasis on developing the individual in a holistic manner.

My son really enjoyed the Rugby Performance Academy. The coaches were always positive and made sure the boys had fun whilst learning new skills or improving their current skills. The academy always had a great vibe to it and it was something my son looked forward to each week. He picked up new skills and improved on other ones like learning to pass on his bad side which he was proud to show me. Academy’s like this are very important to keep the game of rugby alive in Australia and give the boys the opportunity to improve themselves. Will definitely be signing up my younger boys when they reach the U12’s.
